"This place was amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice, the lake was amazing, the deck was a joy and it was hard to leave. We kyacked, used the grill, fished off the deck, woke up and sat on the deck and enjoyed Gods creation, roasted marshmallows and ate at the outdoor table."

"This was enjoyable.The cabin is quirky, pleasant, and surprisingly clean for its age and decor. The host was helpful with explaining how to use the bathroom light switch that has a tiny dimmer lever that can make the light dysfunction.I didn't get a chance to explore the property more because exploring Olympic is physically demanding. Ending my days gazing at the strait from this cabin's porch was enough "

"It was much warmer in the shelter than expected! It was 49 degrees the night we stayed and I actually had to push off some blankets during the night. The bathroom was clean and had hot water which was very nice. Our dogs enjoyed their time as well! "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this home on beautiful Lake Sutherland! The house had a stunning view of the lake and hills and came fully equipped with what we needed. We also had easy access to many different hiking trails and other outdoor activities. As a bonus, Port Angeles was not too far away to get to a city if we needed anything."

"The bus was cozy and spacious enough for 2 people, we were very comfortable and loved seeing what it would be like to sleep in a bus without having to drive one to the beautiful setting."

"My wife and I found this property to peaceful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The owner pretty much left us alone. We did get to meet his dog Blue. He would come and lay in the porch every now and then. We got up the fist morning and went for a walk to the end of the drive and then out to the main road. Just short of a mile to the stop sign. Along the way we seen a herd of Elk grazing. The place is close to Elwa and Lake Crescent. About 15 miles from town and the water front. We would return again."
