"The house was lovely. Sunrise was worth getting up early every day! The weather was cold but the hot tub warmed us up. All the furniture and beds were comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. One day our group rode up to St. Augustine, which was only about 20 minutes away. Overall, the house made the get-together that much more special!"

"Beautiful, clean condo!!! We had a wonderful family vacation here. The condo had ample space for us all (7). It was one of the largest we have stayed in. It was very clean and well supplied. Tons of storage space. The view was breathtaking from the balcony. Easy parking, and easy beach access, even though there were stairs to the beach. There were benches so we just wheeled our things to the stairs and then unloaded to the beach from there. Very easy for us old people. The beach was never crowded and was beautiful. The appliances worked well and we enjoyed having the laundry room in the condo. If I were to suggest anything, I would add enough seating at the table for all. There was only 5 chairs for the table and there were 7 of us. I would also add more seating on the beach balcony (there was only 1 lounger), and some seating on the front balcony. The communication with the listing agent was prompt and very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. They addressed any questions we had very quickly. We would love to return and stay in this condo in the future. "
