「Great Condo!」

「We eloped 9/25 and spent a romantic weekend exploring St. Augustine. The staff were so sweet and helpful at checkin. The room was as advertised and access was easy after hours w the codes. We got texts from hotel staff checking in. I will say, very thin walls. We didnt get to sleep in so much. Heavy doors. We loved it overrall and will be back for our anniversary」

「Clean room nice staff」

「Room; empty shampoo bottle Dirty bottom of the lamps and corners. Nice view from the balcony thanks to Vanessa at the reception desk!」

「The toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned but the rest of the room looked fine. The bathroom door also didn’t have a handle on the inside which was weird. The door into the room was extremely difficult to open.」

「“Included breakfast” was to fill out a form for two items and make your own coffee. No breakfast room. And the refrigerator did not work. They have worked hard to update the rooms and bathroom, but it’s still an older hotel. However, it was very clean.」

「My wife and I had a great stay! The staff were very nice and helpful. They always had a smile and were willing to help freshen up the room or have breakfast ready on time. The Sail Away room was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for us. The cottage is just a walk through the dunes to the beach.」

「OVerall, things were OK. The room, though well maintained and presntable had a musty smell and it seemed damp. I did nothave that experience when I stayed at this hotel back in July. Also, one of the other guest had a dog. While I generally have no objection to this, I DO have an issue with the dog yappingearly in the moring 630-7:00 AM or at 11:30 PM or 1:45 AM! YEs, 1:45 AM.」

「It is a nice, clean hotel; however, the bed was horrible, as it was lumpy and sounded as if it had rusted springs. The breakfast lacked a variety of choices.」

「The convenience to walking distance to the beach was excellent. Staying first floor I did like but very surprised about the room. I understand a handicap bathrooms needed by law but this bathroom the shower backed up and water did not drain and spread to the rest of the bathroom having to be very careful not to fall. The king size bed squeeked very loud no matter how careful you moved. Other than that the room was comfortable.」
