"We had a large room with queen-size bed, the bathroom was massive with a large hand basin but no shelves to put your toiletry bag, so I had to put it outside the bathroom. In my 40+ years of travelling around, it’s the first time a hotel doesn’t offer cups for rinsing teeth, or even for drinking. No hairdryer again, and I only realised after washing my hair after midnight. A room opposite us made squeaky noise every now and then, it was loud enough to wake us up early in the morning. Please lubricate all the doors🙏"

"The value of the room is high, given the price is very economical. We have a good stay. We encountered two problems: We booked a twin bed room. The staff tried 3 times before he got a twin bed room for us. The room has all the basic facilities except a fridge."
