“Can’t beat the location….ever. But the furniture, cabinets, etc have seen better days. Time for some refinishing or new furniture. Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to.
