“We loved our stay at this property!!! The house is huge and had plenty of space for our group of 9. It was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the privacy we had tucked back off the road. The kiddos loved the hot tub and the family enjoyed playing pool and hanging out. Overall experience was great the host was very prompt on answering any questions we had and made it easy to know how to arrive and depart from the house. 5 star all the way!!!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit. Living room and dining room in upper unit were both big enough for all of us to visit together. Then, at the end of the evening, we had our own space. Communication with the host was excellent. We were a bit concerned about potential noise from the bar across the street but it was not an issue at all……

“Great location in Germantown! Very close to everything in Louisville without staying right downtown. The house is very clean and quaint! Nicely decorated! Right across from Full Stop for a great breakfast (natural good food).”

It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. My only regret is that we didn't have a reason to stay longer and enjoy it more. “The house was great, everything you needed and more. Pet friendly...my dog had a backyard plus easy walking around the neighborhood. Location...minutes away anything you want to do. Parking was either in front of the house or along the side street. Easy access. Highly Recommended! We will be there again....”

The space is a wonderful historical mansion, with clearly several additions over the years. The outdoor spaces are sensational! Great destination for a big group!”

“We stayed for 3 nights - house was clean and as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, we enjoyed sitting and watching birds and BBQing in the yard. Good location, easy to and from airport, and Louisville, waterfront park and pedestrian bridge were nice and close. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.”

“The hosts went above and beyond making our stay a great experience. We stayed for the Kentucky Derby and the hosts left Kentucky Derby items for us to take home, ponchos in case it rained, the fridge and freezer were stocked, and a snack basket was left out with a hand-written welcome card. Additionally, they accommodated our requests and responded in a timely manner. I have stayed several places in the past and can say without a doubt that this was the best experience due to the exceptional……

“Nice hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. Mildly disappointed in the check-in process. Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. ”
