"This day was a calming/refreshing experience for my two children and myself. A beach access that felt like our own beach because there was hardly any people every time we went down to it. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing along the beach outside our windows every morning and every evening going to bed. The sunsets were breathtaking and mesmerizing. We came to celebrate my daughter‘s 19th birthday celebration and walked away with a magical experience. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat. We didn’t want to leave and go back home. Beautiful little house that has the most perfect view for any occasion. Our host was easy to communicate with, so nice, and willing to help out with anything we needed. I can’t speak highly enough of him and this home he allowed us to create memories in."

"There were ants in the room, the carpet was nasty,and had holes in it. The shower/ bathtub had cracks in it so If you wanted to take a bath it would leak out under the tub,maybe that's why if felt like you could fail through it at any time. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. "

"Wonderful cozy cabin with amazing views! This was a perfect place for the calm, relaxing getaway we were looking for. Beautiful scenery nearby for when we ventured out, coupled with the constant sounds of the ocean while at the cabin. It is a slightly more rustic than I thought from the photos but in a charming way. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Haven’t slept so well in a long time. Sunsets were gorgeous regardless of weather! "

"The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. "

"Room had no microwave and had sugar ants in it. Didn’t notice until was bed time and they was crawling on the nightstand and on the blankets. Took a shower next morning and there was black hairs 3 of them on shower wall. "

"This is a beautiful property. If the owner would only spruce it up it would get an excellent. Starting with the front door, it badly needs paint. Some of the electric outlets don't work. It would be helpful to have instructions on using the tv.The large bush which sits in front of the window blocking the beautiful view should be cut in half not removed."
