“What a place absolutely loved it Food was all served outside for evening meal so took a bit to get used to But it is a glamping destination Would def go back we stayed in a 2 bed cabin which was awesome so cool inside even when very hot outside No beaches but we got used to it plenty of ladders to get in and out of the water Sundowner bar was great we only discovered it on the last night perfect for watching the sunset The boat transfer was great also Would recommend !”

“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……

“酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗”

“早餐很豐富，離碼頭及市中心稍遠，走路約15-20分鐘，但服務跟設施都很不錯，也有幫忙將行李送到碼頭的免費服務，飯店景色也很棒，值得入住。”

“The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view. Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am. We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.”

“We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants……

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”

“The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. ”
