“I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. “There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”
