Spotless, all amenities were great, I would have liked more pillows. it would be good to have a small refrigerator for milk ect

Very nice room, very clean and modern. Slight noise from the street as window wouldn’t shut properly. Could do with better pillows, very thin. Could do with spares in cupboard for people requiring more if required. Would stay again

Check in is super easy, the code is very convenient as I am someone who loses things a lot. The room itself was amazing! So clean and tidy, amazing shower and water pressure. The kitchenette in my room was perfect for saving money with food. I have taken off a star for the location. It felt incredibly unsafe in that area, and sometimes the code didn’t work on the gate and I had to get a new one

Really clean and modern apartment. Tricky to enter through the access gate. Had to request a new code and then really push the gate to get in.

The kitchen and appliances were excellent, the bathroom was modern and spotless and the bed was comfy. The room was different to the one I booked (according to the photos), but it was clean. The space was small and the bed was in the loft space so the ceiling was very low. There was a small heater downstairs, but the space was pretty cold. There was a big TV in the kitchen space, but no where comfy to sit unlike the room I thought I had booked. Aside from this, it was good value, clean, convenient, and close to shops, buses and a station.

The room was lovely. However there was not heating and the room was cold. No milk portions for tea or coffee either. I never pick fault but heat and being able to make a coffee/tea with milk is a basic offering I would have thought!
