The property is beautiful! Location is great! And owner was very responsive and accomodating with any questions or requests I had. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to stay especially if your coming in to town for event at Burdock Farms.

Great place to stay with a large group

This house was great for a large group. The kids had a great time in the game room and got to roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Phyllis and her family moved tables and brought in chairs to provide a beautiful space for our rehearsal dinner! 5+ stars!!!

WONDERFUL STAY

We had a WONDERFUL stay for a BUSY wedding weekend. The house was so accommodating for our large family. The host, Phyllis, could not have been more helpful in so many ways (too many to have room to list). She was a BIG PART of why the weekend was wonderful! We certainly recommend this rental to those who want a SPECIAL time!

A Gathering

It was beautiful. In the country but not too far from a store or sites to see. We prepared and ate sll our mrsls there. The kitchen, though small for so many vooks, was well stocked. Our host was right there when we had trouble. The outdoor firepit made for a grand evening one night complete with star gazing. The forest outbsck was great for kids to play nerf guns and run around. A very fine time.

Great accommodations

We had a family of 22, and did not feel cramped. 4 bathroooms were a real plus!!! The teen and preteen boys were thrilled to take the beds in the basement. (Question is... did they go to bed or play pool??) Host was quick to respond to all communication. It was very hot, but AC worked well!! Nice outdoor spaces, but again, it was hot and humid. My ONLY request would be a grab bar in master bath's shower/tub. We would definitely consider a return trip

Something for everyone here

We had a family reunion nearby and wanted to stay in the area a little longer. This spacious, comfortable home was SO comfortable. With abundant group seating options throughout the house as well as outside, we got to have real conversations and truly enjoy one another. The game room downstairs is perfect for teens and adults. We especially enjoyed toasting hot dogs and marshmallows around the fire pit. So many little details made it an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The host couldn’t have been any kinder or open in communicating with us. The peacefulness at night made for great sleep. Highly recommend.

Great Kentucky Home

The property has a beautiful view and is in a very picturesque setting. The house had everything we needed and was able to accomodate a much bigger group than the six of us. We would recommend it to anyone for any occaision.

Beautiful rural getaway

We loved our time in Kentucky. The landscape is gorgeous, and the house has a beautiful view of the countryside. Phyllis was quick to respond when the WiFi went out after a storm, and it was fixed ASAP. Our large family hope to return someday!
