Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! ”

“To be honest, the hotel was much better before the renovation and change of name. The beds were more comfortable and the rooms were roomier. I was also really upset that you removed the refrigerator and the microwave. It's always nice to be able to heat something up and keep cold items. Very disappointing. This was my third time at this location but I won't be returning sadly. Also, I'm not in London to watch television but so many channels were gone :( ”

“You need to check their negative feedback too before making decision. This property is not a typical hotel! They do house keeping once a week only. I stay 5 nights and I need to ask for clean towel, toilet paper almost everyday. No garbage collecting as well! There is no phone in the room and you need to go down to reception in case you need anything. The room is very dark and it is not very convenient. The breakfast is ok but look at the condition of the toast served. I will find another……

“The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around. I am happy about my stay and would like to……

“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and……
