“This is a nice place to stay. We had everything we needed. I did not take my dog but my grandson ended up stepping in dog poo in the small yard. I would have liked to have a list from owner as to what was expected with dishes, laundry etc. It ended up fine as she contacted me before we left . “We celebrated a late family Christmas with our kids and grandkids at this beautiful lake house. It had more than enough room for our large family. It was immaculately clean, with beautiful views. We loved the huge game/entertainment room- it was a great place to gather and watch the Bowl Games and so much more! We spent tons of time outside enjoying the lake, having a fire, roasting dogs and marshmallows! The toy shed had everything you could possibly want for outside fun on water or land. We……

“We really loved the location of this property. A little off the beaten path but within 15-20 miles of many local conveniences and attractions made it feel very private and remote. Tiny home is situated on the property so that all the main windows face away from the main house and overlooking the countryside and mountains giving it a very private feel. The upcycled and vintage furnishings gave this property a unique and comfortable atmosphere and the amenities made it very homey-all the dishes……

“Our group slept in all of the bedrooms (including on the futon) and enjoyed the amenities, including the BBQ grill (which we were delighted to find was clean and ready for use), indoor and outdoor dining, living room, kitchen and ping-pong table. The views were stunning and all the accommodations were comfortable. The indoor temperatures were consistently comfortable, allowing us to relax and focus on the people in our group. We left very happy!”

“The house is gorgeous, perfect for a VRBO stay. Big rooms and plenty of room inside. All the needed items for a stay away from home. Brasada Ranch is a beautiful resort. It's a short drive from the house to the pool/recreational activities, but totally worth it. The staff were very nice and helpful. I gave the cleaning a 3-star because although the inside was clean, the outside sitting areas were not. Dirty back porch, front porch areas, door jams, back porch rug and furniture were dirty, dead……
