“Room was very clean & staff were very friendly.”

“总体不错的。至于特别喜欢的，还一下子说不上来，总之电吹风，电烫斗，冰箱，微波炉等都齐全，还有简单的早餐。特别不喜欢的是建筑物的门口比较少，从停车场往房间里搬东西不太方便。”

“I was charged for early check-in, late check-out, and the deposit when I done preregistration when I arrived I was charged again for late check-out and the deposit and was told the other charge was the room price however I paid for the room a week earlier I have all the charges on my bank statement. The room looked like a 12 year old done the drywall and light fixture and as if that’s not enough to pay $60 over they knocked on the door 2 times I told both of them I paid for late check-out then……

“Staff is very friendly, and informative. All areas are clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good when we had the time to eat in. Did not have the opportunity to try the pool because we were constantly up and moving early morning to late evening. Very hospitable place. ”

“Reasonable price”

“the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10……

“Nice clean room, friendly staff, small convenience store in the lobby. Great location.”

“Terrible stay. We booked two rooms. Bed broken in one. The other room the tv was broken. We were placed in new rooms- AC broken, another TV was broken. Linens never came despite calling down to front desk multiple times. Had to wake my kids up to walk to the front desk for linens we requested pre booking. No creamer for coffee, breakfast was late. Not worth the 500 bucks I paid for two rooms. Wish I could get a refund”

“This was not an impressive stay. There was a large bag of trash outside my room when I first entered, the sheets were thin and the exposed duvet was gross looking, when I tried to call the front desk to ask for an extra blanket the phone did not connect to the front desk so I needed to call on my cell phone, then the blanket itself was coarse and overwashed, the floor felt like I shouldn't be barefoot, and when I woke up to get ready to leave I found that the iron was conspicuously missing. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte at the Northlake property. We received a warm greeting from the friendly staff at the check in desk. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free dinner buffet had a large selection of good food, and we were given a ticket for 2 free alcoholic beverages. The staff in the dining area were also friendly and so accommodating. The next morning there was a free breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. We didn’t……
