「I was extremely disappointed to show up at the hotel given the directions I had based on the location I selected only to be sent to another location 20 minutes away! The fortunate part was the new location was brand new and had just opened! The drive to go to my pre planned location was a big problem.」

「We drove from Orlando, FL and was running late due to storms and traffic. We called to ask for late arrival and Elaine was very pleasant and has a great sense of humor ☺️ At check in Ms Dixon was very friendly and has a great smile 😁 She explained everything that Drury has to offer it's guests. Everyone was so nice and respectful. What no one knew is that we were there because my only son was getting married! Thank you all for making our stay perfect 😊 We look forward to staying with Drury Inn...
