“Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue.”

Always pleasant, clean and kind employees grom the front deskto rhe people keeping the lobby clean and the people keeping our rooms clean. Rod was always very helpful and so was Steven and Kenny and the valet crew. I will be back.”

“This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice. I don't understand why/how this fee……

“The house smelled like mildew, especially the back bathroom. All of the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. And my family of 4 could not all sit on the couch together, leaving one person to have to sit in small, hard chairs. There were almost no amenities in the kitchen. It did not feel "homey". And after having to pay in full when I booked it, they waited until the day we left for vacation to tell us there was an additional payment due. I had to make the payment and then send an email in……

“The room was great! We stayed there because my husband had just left the hospital, and we wanted a room where the bathroom and bedroom were on the same level. I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.”
