"I don’t typically write negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. This property does not meet the standard I expect from a Holiday Inn Express location. While the exterior is attractive, the interior is noticeably dated, sparsely furnished, and in disrepair. Cleanliness was also a concern, and the elevator had a strong, unpleasant odor. Although the staff we encountered were polite, they were unable to resolve issues, and management was unresponsive. Attempts to contact the manager went unanswered, which was especially frustrating given the circumstances. We had prepaid for a four-night stay but chose to forfeit the remaining nights after the first evening. We only stayed that initial night because of a late arrival and lack of immediate alternatives. We have stayed at this property in the past and found it questionable then, but it has clearly declined further. In contrast, our experiences with other Holiday Inn Express locations have been consistently positive, which makes this stay even more disappointing."

"I can't adequately express how beautiful and serene this property is. The location was very quiet with great views of the golf course and water. This unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay, or for a fun getaway with family. The host is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The only bad part about my stay was the fact that I had to leave. Lol. It was perfect! I highly recommend Diamonds & Pearls...it really lives up to it's name. I look forward to staying there again."

"Beautiful little cottage with everything you need , kitchen is well stocked ,everything was super clean . Fenced in front yard is great , very close to the waterway and some nice restraurants , the host was super nice and helpful and even assisted me with getting my husband into the vehicle after he became ill , we will definitely book again in the.future."

"It was on the 3rd floor steps only so for older people it was hard. Also they do not make their beds so if you come in late you still have a lot to do. Also the kitchen was not equipped very well. "

"The property was showing its age my first room. The TV wasn’t working properly. They had to exchange rooms on me didn’t even offer assistance. The carpet in the room was filthy dirty not very happy with my experience."

"Wonderful! A house, not a condo. Plenty of room, real toilet paper! Quite, peaceful neighborhood. Close to everything including the beach. We'll do it again."

"The condo was just as listed and a great value. It had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay and the communication with the host was superb. We would certainly stay here again."
