「I was very skeptical on booking here because of the other reviews. But wow Was I wrong! As soon as I was in to get pre registered the ladies at the desk we nothing short of polite and a warm greeting. Our room was ready on time and the view was just amazing! The pools and water slides were open the entire time we were there except for a very short time when they were cleaning it (which was appreciated) the kids loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and back to the pool. 「The room was amazing the view and the cleanliness... The towels and wash cloths the pools where great. Only thing is please be sure to get the email or message before you go because there aren't any front desk workers or any ways to enter the floors or doors without the codes from the property manager.」

「We had originally booked to stay from the front half of the week of the fourth, my husband had an accident which required surgery (I highly recommend the travel insurance, which I did not get this trip). 「Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, softest towels I have ever dried off with, and location was very quiet. Maintenance was quick to unstop bathroom drain. Master bath was tiny in comparison to most. Shower was large enough to accommodate larger than life person, so it worked. Across the street from the beach, but no buildings to block view. Would definitely stay there again. C-115.」

「Lots of maintenance issues, such as the screw of the sliding door handle being stripped out and falling from the door handle, the ceiling being gapped from the molding, the bathroom sink stopper being messed up and draining really slow, only 2 working lights- one in the halfway and one in the bedroom. The room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. The entry way to get to the door to the room smelled like cat urine. The room smelled like potted meat on the end of day 2 into the night...
