所有員工都好有禮貌，會主動問好，房間乾淨，飲品水果提供充足，早餐好食，有問題立刻主動解決，愉快的住宿體驗，下次會再選擇入住。

It was a wonderful stay! The staff was very nice and welcomed me every time when I go in and out the hotel. This really made me feel welcomed and warm. The doorman Lukasz was particularly nice and helpful!
The location of the hotel was so good, it's almost walking distance to everything.
It is a must choose!

Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful !
But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! In addition, the hotel's front desk female staff even less commendable, because she was very helpful, because I do not make a long distance phone call to the driver, I hope she can help, she finally did not help me, I'm your customer, why not help me?

Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations.
