“Upon arrival, toilet seat was broken, furniture was different than shown in the photos. Balcony was covered in bird poo including the outdoor table and chairs. Bedding was old, pillows were flat, carpets were dirty, window in bedroom did not close properly. All though the owner offered to amend the things listed above we did not stay. “We had so many issues with this rental. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER for 3 of the 4 days of our stay due to the boiler breaking. The sofa had 2 cushions turned over as one was dirty and badly stained the other had 2 cigarette burns despite the apartment being smoke free. The deck outside had a tile broken as the tiles weren't placed on a flat surface and a caution sign on the door not to go out there. There were black scuffs on the walls and the fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in……
