“Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them……

“I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. Throughly disappointing experience. ”

“The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. The sink was clogged with paper and food, and the vinyl flooring (in many places) was ripped. My check-in was far from smooth. I was……

“It wasn't 'luxury' as stated. Photos weren't accurate. Chipped worksurface and flooring; stained carpet; no matching mugs, cups, plates, glasses or cutlery (like student accommodation); 'smart tv' had no aerial lead and didn't/couldn't hook up to wifi; wifi very slow; no shower screen in ensuite; two single beds were actually a trundle bed which werent comfortable for adults. The patio door in lounge opened but 2nd time we used it, it wouldn't close and had to be left in vented position for 4……

Also, the host, Peter was a fantastic communicator. The apartment itself is in the perfect area for restaurants and just a couple of mins walk to Vauxhall underground”

“I had a great stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it. The property was exactly as described — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and matched the photos perfectly. Everything was well set up and made the stay really easy. The host was very easy to communicate with.The location was another big plus. “We had a great experience staying here over the holidays for 11 days! The host was so attentive and responded to any inquiries immediately every time which was appreciated. The flat was perfect for our needs. We loved that it had a dishwasher and a washing machine as we were there for so long. There was plenty of space for everything.
