「The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great」

「I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this host, as you could lose your money like I did. I booked a two-night stay at this apartment and, upon arrival, called the number provided to obtain the access details. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I spent several hours outside the property repeatedly calling and received no response whatsoever. With no way to access the apartment I had paid for, I was eventually forced to find and pay for alternative accommodation. I raised the issue...

「No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer! Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!」

「Grest room with all required facilities. It was adequately provided with essentials and everything was good. Keyless entry was a great feature that helped us to avoid the hassle of having to keep a card or key around when outside. Wifi was good. Room was recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Location was a residential area with easy proximity to the train station and bus stops. Tesco and sainsbury were also nearby. Host responded within minutes.」
