「We were on the executive floor or whatever it's called but totally worth it for the 24/7 access to the mini gym and delectable snacks provided between 5:30-7pm. 」

「Went for a team tournament. We all booked this hotel, Majority couldn’t check in for 3+ hours. When we finally got the rooms one had no toilet paper, one had issues with the bathroom, we had no hot water the whole stay. They couldn’t switch to another room yet offered a new room to a team member with the bathroom issue. Had to try to convince them for a discount as they said couldn’t refund because we booked through expedia…. Also pool and hot tub was closed the whole weekend and not much...
