“This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find.”

“Our first stay at Turtle Run, but not our first visit to Melbourne Beach. We love this area already. The accommodation was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, nice kitchen, porch and patio. Right on the beach, quiet. There are nice restaurants around, but cooked at home a lot, including the outdoor grill. “My family returned to our hometown for a funeral. This house was beyond AMAZING! Situated on a quiet street and close to the beautiful beach where we grew up, this house was perfect for us. The living areas of this home are decorated very stylishly, and all of the furniture, linens, etc were beyond comfortable. The full kitchen is completely stocked and guests can prepare full meals. Publix is nearby for groceries. The gas grill works well and the screened patio has beautiful foliage for a……

“Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.”

“The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!”

“Property is great. Check in process a breeze. Property manager will work with you and communicate with you. Short walk to beach. Just beautiful. The smoking policy can be revised. No smoking anywhere on property. In their packet they cite being smoke free attracts customers. That’s just a false belief. I get not smoking in the house, I don’t in mine either. Outside should be fair game. Won’t stay here again because of it unfortunately. They loose a lot more buiness than gain from that policy.”

“Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful, newly updated, clean, and well stocked with what we needed. Owners were there to provide anything you requested. It is south of the extremely busy tourist area but all is within a reasonable drive. Ocean is 40 foot walk from hotel room. Chairs are provided for lounging on the beach and tables and lounge chairs available around the pool.”
