Let me start by saying we have stayed here before and while it isnt the best hotel is was fine for a night. This stay was horrendous. There were guests lighting off roman candles and fireworks in the parking lot. The staff did nothing about it- one just got in her car and left. I shouls have gone back in and asked for a refund but we were tired and they seemed to have stopped. Fasts forward to 2am, when I felt something touch my foot. The guest before us had left uneaten food (pepperoni to be exact) and dirty napkins in our bed. It was absolutely disgusting. We will not be back.

Nice and cozy motel. The building is in good condition, and the area is quiet and reasonably safe. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. It was a great stay.

Chris the manager, is an amazing lady. She is so kind and helpful. The owner is also super sweet. We will definitely stay here again, when we need a room in Dunnellon, Florida.

The only positive thing I could say was the manager was kind and friendly. The room was the worst room I ever stood in my entire life. Stains on the bed sheets, a dead roach on the floor. Stains and dirt by the seating area. also, it was raining inside the room. Meaning the AC unit from the room above was leaking into my room. So there was a puddle of water about 8 feet in my room. The best thing I could do was put towels and a sheet on the floor to soak up the water. I guess you get what you pay for. The room was extremely cheap. The next time I’m in that area, I will look for other accommodations.

Avoid like the plague! Rude and disrespectful staff. Trash left in room from previous guest. Bugs, roaches, and spiders. Thin stained towels and sheets.

Had to call to get keys. Got no receipt. Greeting was fine. As soon as I walked in the bathroom, the toilet was used and a cigarette in it. Very uncooth. The floor seemed like it wasn't swept from the previous stay. There was dog/cat hair all over the sheets. Thank God my stay was just for one night. At least it beats the roaches from my previous stay at a Days Inn.

Avoid this place!!

The room was filthy. There was dust covering the furniture, the "chair" was stained with Lord knows what, the mirror looked like they spit on it and wiped it with a dirty rag. and I really doubt the linens had been changed. I understand it is an old motel, but there's no excuse for it being that gross. The cable did not work during the stay, and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall. To have charged almost $100 was criminal. If we had another option there is no way we would have stayed!!

Property is old and is in a state of dis-repair. Floors are dirty because huge gaps under doors allow things to get in. Fixtures don't work properly, bed linens are stained, bath tubs have cigarette burn marks. AC is in the wall up so high you need a chair to fine tune the temperature. Sinks and tub do not drain well. Parking is easy and the staff is very likeable and quick to get whatever you need or try to help.

Great service, just an ok room.

We stayed overnight after my son was getting scuba certified in Rainbow River. The room was just ok. Was a bug in the sink, an old Sprite bottle under my bed and the shower arm in the shower is at around 4’9”. We felt like “Elf” taking a shower. The clerk did let us in the room early. She was super nice and gave us both a free bottle of water.

The pictures are not of the rooms current condition. Walls are painted teal green and the mini fridge was rusted. Checked in and decided not to stay here. The staff was very nice and refunded us our money. No comforter on the bed, box spring was dirty, kids running around the parking lot. - relatives of the manager, which live at the hotel.
