Classic Old Florida! 2 lines of rooms. All with kitchenettes, plenty of room to relax and move around. Wanted to try the spring fed pool, but we ran out of time! Ospreys circled the hotel each morning. Walking trail right behind rooms. Easy walking distance to downtown.

We only stayed one night and we the apartment room. Very spacious, you could host a small event in there.
All the docks are fishable, but would say it’s too shallow for much. On the other hand, it’s perfect for the manatees.
They would swim in and out of this area and one of them particularly loved to stick its nose in the small opening in the spring fed pool. Speaking of the pool do not be afraid of it. It is awesome! Yes, there are fish in there. Yes, there are plants but it’s crystal clear and very refreshing.
If you’re looking at those, I was the owner will be there and she may take you over to where the spring starts behind the property. Very interesting.
We definitely plan to come back again at some point and stay for longer than the one night.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. It was convenient to have the kitchen and dishes. The fridge is full size and there is a stove, microvave and coffee maker. They even provide pool towels. The bed linen was soft and comfy.
The pool was a big surprise. The natural spring was open to the bay so the pool depth is affected by the tides. Kids will love tt. Have them bring snorkel gear to see the fish and plants!

Perfect location, walkable to several different restaurants and family friendly bars! The spring pool is wonderful. It was very clean and very appropriate for our stay.

Was a great hotel. Gives beach beach hotel vibes. Pool was great, completely natural and crystal clear even had a few fish in it. The room was spotless.The bathroom was spotless also. Had a stove and refrigerator and microwave and dishwasher. As a standard drip coffee maker in the room.The beds were comfortable and clean. Coffee is provided in the office.
Staff was polite. There are docs right on the river. You can just watch the water go by. Easy to walk all of downtown crystal river.
There are restaurant bars with live music shops and tourist things all within walking distance. We barely had to move our car out of the provided assigned parking space. If you're wondering if you should rent a room here ...you absolutely should

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.
It has a full size refrigerator, nice stove and microwave.

We LOVED this place!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!!! We walked pretty much everywhere!! The room was big and clean!! Quiet!! The best was the swimming pool!! There are fish in the pool!! Bring googles!! The slide was SO FUN, the crystal clear water. Such a fun, unique experience! We would definitely stay here again!! 10/10 recommend!!
