Perfect Location and perfect size house

The house was impeccably clean, well stocked with linens and 2 minute drive to the docks for Manatee excursions.We just wished. the hot tub worked

Perfect location for your morning manatee swim

2 minute drive to Plantation water adventures where you go out to swim with the manateesProperty was very clean and supplied with plenty of linens and towels All 6 adults had more than enough space to relax. Drum in the pool. Go for a walk etc. I would definitely book this house again

Perfect house in a great location

We had the best time, and this house was perfect for our party of 4A/4K. Kids had a blast playing in the pool and we were in a great location to enjoy the many things Crystal River and area have to offfer!

Lovely stay in Crystal River

The house is wonderful with a huge kitchen, lots of space for everyone and a great enclosed pool. The house was clean and had all the essentials needed for a weekend stay. Great location off the main road but still close to everything in Crystal River.

Mother’s Day week

We had a great stay. We enjoyed Fort Island beach and Hunter’s Spring Beach. Both were good for small children. We saw Mermaid show at Lecanto on the rainy day. And really enjoyed having a pool at the house. Great restaurants and thrift stores in the area.

Great Time Great Place

This place was everything we were looking for. Would like to go back next year! Ours prayers are with everyone in Crystal River with the storm. It was a beautiful place. Food was fantastic everywhere. The smoker at the house was great. Smoked ribs, shrimp and salomn fantastic!!!

Perfect poolside getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying here. This house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities needed to feel like home away from home. The pool and kayaks were a major hit, as was the large well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The host was very proactive, kind, responsive, and helpful regarding any issue that arose. We would definitely stay here again.

Scalloping on the 4th of July

This property was exactly what we expected from the online listing. The location was perfect for our activities that included scalloping, golfing, kayaking, and swimming in the springs. We were never more than 15-20 minutes away from anything. The area is beautiful and full of things to do. The seafood was delicious. One week was not enough time! We were a group of six adults and the house fit us nicely. We spoke with both the property manager and the owners who were so friendly and helpful in getting us settled in. The house had everything we needed but we wished there was a grill. We would definitely recommend a stay here and are planning our next trip!

Pool was great!!

We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of this place. The kitchen was great, plenty of seating for everyone and everything was very updated. The coffee maker wasn't working though which put a damper on our mornings. Someone may have lost the filter holder and it leaked all over. The huge lanai needs a little attention. There are 12 inch weeds growing through the pavers, a broken fan lying on the floor and the screens are badly in need of power washing. Don't walk outside with sandals or you'll get attacked by fire ants like my daughter. I don't know if spraying would help that but children beware.

Enjoyable Visit

I traveled with my wife and 2 young children. The home was very clean, recently renovated, and overall very enjoyable. The air temperature was cool during our visit, making the pool a quite cold, but we still enjoyed it. A heated pool and/or hot tub addition would’ve been the only thing which could’ve made our trip more enjoyable.

Relaxing getaway with friends

We had a fantastic time staying here! The house was well stocked with essentials for making our stay feel like home away from home. The home is beautiful and well decorated. The pool and kayaks were major hits for our group, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The large well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking family dinners each night. Any time an issue arose, the host was very kind and quick to respond, ensuring we had a really great experience. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location and nice place to stay

The house has been nicely updated and the pool was nice and clean. The little pool that appears to be a hot tub is not a hot tub. A little odd design but nice pool nonetheless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nicely stocked. They even had a ton of spices. We will rent this home again as we plan to return to swim with the manatees again!
