Cudjoe Key Business Hotel

"We had a waterfront room with a great view. Close to the airport that you could technically walk to. Hotel shuttle can bring you to downtown Key West. Breakfast being included was helpful to get the day started. Staff was extremely nice and helpful with any questions that we had. Our room was very spacious as well. "

"When I arrived, they issued, the wrong rooms, then I informed them these aren't the display on Expedia site, they informed me, the mistake was false advertisement on you guys site, but as personal favor to me, they would the one seen on Expedia, but would've wait several hours, before they were cleaned, but after this issue , I ask for compensation for the time wait those hours, I was again inform they Expedia would've to resolved this issue. The were the actually, the one from site, no one came clean, take out the trash, the staff seem unhelpful for any assistance, the view amenities seem nice, location , and views were amazing. "

"The hotel is really awesome. There are a lot of activities on the property. We stayed with kids ages 10-18 and they loved it. The hotel staff were wonderful. "

"Our stay was amazing ! friendly staff, beautiful pools, and the grove was a great food and drink option. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a room that opened right onto the beach (we booked the room with a balcony) and it was incredible for soaking up sun during the day and relaxing at night. "

I encountered multiple cockroaches in the room; alarmingly, one even crawled on my leg at 10:00 AM. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the rate charged. If needed i can share video."
