「It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada

「Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations.
But what truly sets...
