Santa Caterina is a very quiet place.
It has a unique climate throughout the area, always ventilated.
Apartment has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, on the first floor.
The apartment overlooks a porch shared with 3 other apartments.
Everyone also has their own table on the porch.
