The level of detail in the design and amenities shows a level of true hospitality that is hard to come by (especially coming from the US). 「Our room was cleaned each day-plenty of travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just had to get use to 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per day. The staff was very friendly, helpful & there was alway someone on staff who spoke English. We were able to book a ferry ride to St. Barth at the front desk-took less than 10 minute to do & stress free. 「My girlfriend and I had an amazing time for her birthday trip. The property was beautiful. The space was super clean and spacious. We rarely saw anyone else but everyday upon returning from our excursions, we would notice they would clean up and change the sheets and towels daily. 「I was very upset with the fact that Oyster Bay Staff wanted to convince me to purchase a Timeshare. The way in which a timeshare was introduced, made me feel very uncomfortable and placed me in an awkward position. I went on vacation to enjoy my time with my daughter. I was fine with everything until this situation happened to us. People go on vacation to relax, enjoy, and feel comfortable with no stress. I will not be going back to Oyster Bay.」
