Gorgeous property in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at Neptune. The house was lovely, and it was very convenient to be so close to the beach. The bathrooms and kitchen were in great condition, although we found the stove to be lacking a lot in power. The location was great and it was nice to have the shops so close. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Family Stay with a View

The property was everything as listed. The open plan layout with a view was amazing for us to all enjoy our long weekend together, with the games room an added bonus for the noisy teenagers. Great facilities for the family and the fur baby. Would love to return for a summer get away!!

We had an amazing time for my getaway for my 50th birthday with my family. The views are magnificent, the bedrooms are great in size. The games room was fantastic. The property is showing its age but it in no way affected our stay. I would recommend this property.

Fabulous

Fantastic location for ant time of the year- laying in the sun and swimming or under a blanket watching the wild weather with the fire going. We had it all and it was December. Who would have ever believed it! Large light and very comfortable.

Ideal Venue for our annual family Reunion

Neptune worked out extremely well for our annual family reunion which included 9 adults and four older children. The big play room with a ping pong table and pool table was a big hit as was the dining room table which allowed us to seat all 13 comfortably. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. A downside was the BBQ which we need for every meal was in poor condition. Fortunately, Debbie, the extremely helpful staff person lent us her own BBQ and it worked great. Thanks again, Debbie.

Incredible location for group holiday

Enough bedding but one room was advertised as a bedroom but the foldout was incredibly uncomfortable and had a skylight, which meant it was not dark. Should not have been advertised as a possible bedroom (or improve the fold out!) Agent was incredibly helpful!! We had a minor issue and they came by and happily addressed it within 20 minutes- amazing! Gorgeous location, lots of amenities, incredibly well sorted for a group family holiday. We all loved it! Thank you!!! Only other suggestion is for a telescope! Stars were amazing.

The view was absolutely breathtaking and Check-in/out was super easy! Loved our stay!

We stayed here the 2 nights before our wedding for some R&R and for the parents to meet for the first time and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed walking down to the beach everyday for a swim and the view is stunning! Couldn’t have had a better stay.

My family had a great time, convenient location and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids and adults loved the games room so given we couldn't swim, this was a massive bonus. Stunning views of the ocean and sunrises from the backyard! Simply breathtaking! The rooms were all huge, the beds comfy but overall the experience was dampened by the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. There was a broken door, broken blinds, dirty walls and windows so the views of the ocean from inside were unfortunately not as clear and spectacular as they could have been.

Amazing property, IF it was clean.

Amazing property with great views, and amazing location. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t very clean - considering there is a $300+ “Cleaning Fee”. Cobwebs, Dirt everywhere, Fireplace was not cleaned, the glass windows that look out to the sea were ridiculously dirty - ruined the view from inside. Also, you can’t access the beach from the stairs as it is blocked off by rocks which have built up - very dangerous to go over, you have to drive/walk around the street to the public entrance. Great property otherwise though.

Simply wonderful

Everyone always says it’s the little things that count, well this house gets all of those little things that can change your whole stay. Apart from its breathtaking location, it has a hallway like a shopping centre and a lot of entertainment inside the home. Definitely pet accomodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location, dirty house

This house is in an amazing location, the view from the house out over the beach is phenomenal. The house however is not well maintained and its dirty, and considering you pay a substantial cleaning fee on top of the rate it should be clean! Netflix, play station and Foxtel all weren’t working in the tv room, and the BBQs are dirty and rusty old things that we didn’t want to use. We also didn’t get enough towels for the number of guests we had, and after requesting more were told that there weren’t anymore and we would have to wash and dry the ones in the laundry from the last guests. Also weren’t left much toilet paper and had to request more. Great house for a large group of people with lots of space, but need to update it and offer better maintenance, cleanliness and customer service
