The location of the hotel is prime, right next to the Forum Mall, and a casino. Their are restaurants in the hotel and across the street. The room service was great, very welcoming. Thank Yiu

Overall the room was good. However the towels were very used- old. The towel rank in the bathroom was broken. The shower very slippery almost fell in the Shower.

Property photos looked good. But in person room is to small, i planned to stay for 8 nights. Was willing to pay for bigger room and i needed it. Unfortunately there wasn't and has to check out and book at another place. "Hotel policy" according to Expedia stated that there is no refund for the 7 night i didnt stay... very upsetting and disappointed with hotel and Expedia...

To access this run down hotel one ha to drive through a confusing shopping mall parking lot. With the exception of the restaurant, the staff were rude and unapproachable. When we asked for an additional packet of coffee for our room - since there was only one for two people, I was told I had to pay an additional $25 pesos. Really? The hotel is worn, noisy and over-priced. If your goal is to shop at the attached mediocre mall, it might be suitable. Otherwise, there are much nicer hotels at a better price in Culiacan. This is a more like a 2 star hotel.
