「Our stay was perfect. The front desk staff was incredible! Would Love bathrobes.」

「Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton...

「It’s such a beautiful hotel and it’s close to the shopping area, great restaurants, and it’s not too far from the waterfalls and hiking spots. Staff were incredibly kind and checking in and out was super easy. We chose a patio room which was really easy to access as we just had to park outside our room. The room was thoughtfully decorated, gorgeous interior and very cozy beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Overall it’s a great hotel and it helped make our trip magical.」

「The suites were perfect. They make the check in so smooth and easy and its done before you arrive so you aren't wasting time in the lobby. However if you do need the staff, they were wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.」
