“Staying in the real log cabin was great alternative to the usual motels. All attractons in Columbia, TN were easily acessable from this location.”

“We had a wonderful spring break with our two teens in this beautiful home on a huge property with rolling lawns, woods and lakes. The house is very clean and comfortable with an enormous master suite and bath. The house has lots of fun architectural features and an enormous deck overlooking a lawn and main lake. The golfing was really fun and is much more than a putting green. There's four holes/greens and multiple approaches across well groomed lawns and water leading to each hole. The hot tub……

“We had a very pleasant stay at the cabin. The weather was great which added to the weekend so that we could enjoy the back porch and the front porch. The master bedroom had just the right amount of space and the mattress was very good. The bathroom had everything we needed, but a towel ring for the hand towel would have been great. Kitchen and living area also very good and had everthing we needed.”

“It maybe misunderstandings on our part but we didn't realize that the tents are in someone's backyard in a residential neighborhood. The night we arrived, it was rainy and cold. The tent leaked in several places, one was on the bed so it got soaked. The bathroom is outside with a small, tent material cover over the toilet so when you are sitting, the water drips over your head. I went to a hotel the next night while my boys stayed. They finally gave in and came to the hotel to sleep as it was……

“We enjoyed our stay. The country atmosphere is nice. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The internet connection works great. If you are trying to decide to stay here pay close attention to the size of the cabin, the rooms and the overall accommodations. This is a small cabin with a small bathroom. There is not a sink in the bathroom; however the kitchen sink is close by with a small mirror. It is comfortable for 2 people.”

“If you’re looking for a fancy cabin this is not for you. If you are looking for quiet relaxation in private, this is it! The cabin is nothing fancy, but that’s not what I needed. Just peace. Joel is great at communicating. He needed to stop by and was so quiet we didn’t know he had come and gone. Only complain was the bed mattress needs a pillow top added. But that’s a little thing. Definitely will use the cabin again.”

“Sitting on the front porch of the cabin overlooking a pond and rolling green lawns is tranquility personified. Turkey and deer make occasional visits seen from the well-equipped kitchen window. Every amenity has been considered and the hosts are more than amenable. Although quiet and serene, the cabin is only minutes from Linville, a quaint town offering a train museum and an historic restaurant serving yummy burgers, malts and sodas.
