“Good location and a nice house.”

“We traveled to Tennessee to visit my son and his family. Staying at this property satisfied many of our needs. It was comfortable for the two of us staying there. It was close enough to my son's home to make visiting easy. It was well situated so we could entertain my son and his family and celebrate his birthday. The cottage was extremely well kept and clean, it had necessary supplies, and plenty of room for parking. If the location meets your needs, I would recommend this property without……

“This was our second time staying at this adorable little cottage. It’s a beautiful location and the cottage is very clean and beautifully done. The owners who live on site are very nice and their dog is the perfect greeter. Our daughter woke up each morning and wanted to go outside to say hi to the doggie while I enjoyed my coffee on the wrap around porch with rocking chairs and swings. We will be back to stay again next time we come visit family. Thank you for providing a cozy place to stay……

“Great location, very enjoyable walk over the river to downtown Columbia which is a cool little town to grab dinner and drinks. Home was easy and convenient. I’d make sure you ask them to open up the house and turn the air on in advance of your arrival. It was 88 degrees in the house the first evening when we arrived and it took a long while for the AC to kick in; not great sleeping. Other than that it was a pretty awesome rental experience. Would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone……

“This is a great house with everything needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed the close walk to parks, restaurants and shops in Columbia square. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Will be back for sure!”

“It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening. Wish we could have taken advantage of all the other amenities like the fire pit,……
