Welcome to our beautifully decorated furnished one bedroom apartment! We're delighted that you've chosen to stay with us. We ask that you respect our quiet community and keep noise levels to a minimum at night. No extra guests or parties are allowed under any circumstances, and you will be charged for any damages to the property. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony. Don't forget to turn off the lights and lock the apartment when you leave.
