“I had the opportunity to interact with 3 different staff on my stay. Each one took personal attention to me and helped resolve my problem in a way they knew the issues were solved. “We stayed at this property based on the chain’s reputation and our previous stays at other locations. However, it was not up to the company’s usual standards. We found it to be subpar lodging at a premium price.
