"Clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, quite location "

"The hotel was clean enough. The water pressure was really low. The shower head was barely above my head. I wanted afternoon tea but the hot water machine in the lobby was turned off. When asked I was told it was only for breakfast. I would have used the small coffee maker in my room to heat water but when I pulled out the tray, there was a wet coffee bag in it. The under side of the tray area was nasty, so no afternoon tea. I asked for a refund for the days I'd paid for and wasn't going to use but was refused. They said it was because I reserved through Hotels.com, third party. Hotels.com reached out to Super 8 but they still refused to refund the remaining days. I paid for 5 days and stayed 2. My friend passed away the day I left. Stay at your own risk."

"Had to visit the area for a funeral and this house felt very homey and familiar. Easy in and out, clean, plenty of everything we needed and host bought my preferred coffee creamer when I asked about the coffee situation. "
