“The property is super dirty, flies everywhere and no screen on the window. The shower drain is clogged and I requested refund on the spot and told they will but after many calls and tickets raised, they refused the refund 3 times. Now I will request a charge back from my visa issuer. This property is a scam and the 10/10 rating is definitely fake, avoid at all costs! I gave them enough time and chance to make it right but seems I have to make them look bad this time.”

“I decided to extend my stay at Eagle Crest for an additional night, and the staff made the process incredibly easy. They were friendly, accommodating, and worked with me to ensure I could remain in the same suite rather than having to pack up my belongings and move to another room.
It’s the little things like this that make a difference when traveling. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to make my extended stay as convenient as possible.
While the rooms could certainly use……
