We stayed here because we had 6 travelers and it was a good price for one room. Office staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are old and could use renovations, but the price made it doable. We had a good nights sleep.

Bad customer service tried to cancel my reservation because I got stuck in Washington and couldn't make it to madras oregon and they wouldn't cancel but made me still pay.

This motel is OLD & in need of repair and/or modifications. You should NOT list it at all until mods are made! Problems: * Of the 3 bulbs in the bathroom only ONE was working. * There were NO clothes hangers in the closet. * It was a cool, rainy night & the heater was NOT operating properly & I was cold & uncomfortable all night. * Blanket was very thin offering LITTLE comfort. * There were NO amenities: no ice, no coffee, etc.

Staff was pleasant but off to a sketchy start when I was on the way to my room I saw a child crawling out of the window. I went back to the office and got another room. Garbage cans not emptied for awhile so overflowing on outside by our room.

The room was old and dirty. The towels smelled bad and were covered in hair, and the bed linens were also full of hair. I honestly don’t believe they had been changed. The bathtub was extremely dirty and also had hair all over it. The curtains were old and broken. The whole place felt more like a house of prostitution than a proper accommodation. There were very strange people around, and I definitely felt uncomfortable and unsafe, especially because I was there with my family. I will absolutely never stay here again.

We were charged $185 for s dirty room with no working A/C. The room was 90. degrees and rundown. The checkin was done through an 8 × 24 inch window; the office wasn't even open. This should've been a $49/night motel, but due to fire evacuation s we had no other options.

They neglected to tell me I was double booked and then charged me a no show. Also had to rent another room and upon inspecting it, found it unclean. Went to office and returned key and they said they would refund my money. It has been a week and they have not reimbursed me yet. I find this extremely troubling.
