“Lovely house in a great location - I'd happily stay here again as a couple & not use the other bedrooms.It would have been lovely if there was some milk in the fridge & a coffee machine rather than the sachets & a few more utensils in the kitchen.The towels could do with an update too, they were clean but smelled musty.”

“We had a fabulous stay at the property. Marika couldn’t have been more helpful and the set up of the house worked really well for our 3 families staying there. The position is fantastic and very easy to access public transport. Parking at the house is a little tricky especially if you have a large car but Marika gave us advice where to park that was very convenient. Marika provided a generous food start up, the kitchen was very generously set up and it was great to have a laundry with an indoor……

“The house was great, spacious living areas and master bedroom, well equipped kitchen. The other bedrooms were good sized single rooms, and the teenage daughter enjoyed her bedroom and privacy. The ducted heating (and cooling) was great, very comfortable temperature wise. For a family of 4 an extra toilet would have been good, however the bathroom and toilet are separate, so that helped. “The property was in a great location and the bedrooms and outdoor area were a good size. But the provisions were basic - eg we needed to purchase toilet paper on our first morning. The finishes and layout were also a bit strange and not considered functionally and so it very much had a vibe of being an economical renovation for short term accommodation purposes, rather than a considered reno or anyone's home. It had a bit of a strange smell. Overall it was ok.”

The 2nd bathroom is located downstairs and it should be noted that it’s out in the open so we needed to develop a system to let others in our party know when someone was using it. Also there is not a hot tub at the house, and the host said they would update the listing since it was listed when we booked our stay. ”
