Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom waterfront home at Sylvania. This luxurious retreat offers a serene escape with direct access to the water, a private jetty for fishing, and a Jetski dock. Enjoy the beauty of the bay right from your doorstep, perfect for both relaxation and adventure.

Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need.

Modern Appliances: Microwave, stove, oven, kettle, refrigerator/freezer.
Essentials: Complete dinner set, pots & pans, and a dishwasher.
In-Kitchen Dining: A cozy dining area within the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals together.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 3 BEDROOMS ★ (Max 10 guests)
Relax in one of our three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and tranquility.

Master Bedroom: King bed with premium linens and a 50-inch TV. Includes an ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, ideal for couples, with a 75-inch TV.
Third Bedroom: Two king singles, perfect for friends or children.
Additional Sleeping: Two sofa beds in the living room convert to double beds.
★ 2 BATHROOMS ★
Our bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries and towels, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Ensuite Bathroom: Attached to the master bedroom.
Main Bathroom: Serves the second and third bedrooms.
★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
Enjoy the ultimate relaxation experience with our outdoor amenities.

Jetty: Perfect for fishing.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property, except the garage, including the waterfront jetty.

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. For groups over 6, there is an additional charge of $50 per guest per night.

★ Food Safety ★
We do not provide salt, pepper, or sugar for food safety reasons. These can be easily purchased from Coles or Woolworths at Southgate Plaza (750m from the property).

★ Tea/Coffee ★
Complimentary tea and coffee are provided to start your day right.

★ Parking ★
Parking is available with space for 2 cars in the driveway, and additional street parking is also available.

★ Child Safety ★
Please note that the property is not suitable for unsupervised children due to the waterfront location.

Beautiful stay for my wedding

I stayed in this beautiful place the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. The photos for my set up, makeup, hair were incredible. Photographers took photos down on the small wharf and on the grass. Nass was easy to communicate with and was fast in response. Place was clean and well throughout floor plan . Would stay again

Beautiful Stay

We were looking for a place to stay the last couple days of our time in Australia from the US. We were glad we found this place. Don't be dissuaded if you look it up on google maps from the street view as there is an old garage in front of the place. The street view is not helpful. The pictures of the interior looked like someone had taken care to get quality photos and that there were new fixtures in the house. We decided to try it out hoping for a great view of the waterfront. We were not dissapointed. The owner of this property was quick to respond and even had some fresh fruit on the counter when we arrived for our stay. The house was clean and obviously remodeled recently. Beds were comfortable and bedding was freshly cleaned and smelled so. Fridge with plenty of room, quality dishware, utensils and whatever else we needed for our stay. The central air system worked well. restaraunts and grocery nearby. You definitely can't beat the view through the massive windows that were crystal clear and obviously cleaned regularly. We were super happy with our stay! If Australia weren't on the other side of the world from us we'd stay there again for sure. Beautiful!
