This hotel was awesome! We booked an animal room and had three koalas living right outside our room the entire time! The views are amazing of Sydney! The zoo itself is also very nice and had a wide array of animals. I think this is a hidden gem and encourage anyone to highly consider it!

Beautiful stay, with regular visits from the resident koalas right outside our room. Great staff, on the main desk, in the restaurant and zoo guides. Perfect access to the zoo. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing stay. Staff went out of their way to make sure everything was in place.
Room was amazing and Koalas were outside our window.

The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel’s décor gave off a fun Jurassic Park vibe—minus the dinosaurs. We especially enjoyed the lounge and bar with its stunning river and city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having exclusive access to explore the zoo before and after hours was a fantastic bonus.

The entire experience was amazing! Easy check in with wonderful friendly staff, room was clean and faced right onto koala enclosure. Wheelchair accessible room was great for my husband who uses a manual wheelchair. Restaurant Me-Gal was amazing and views are priceless from restaurant and main reception/lounge area. Would highly recommend

Our stay was great! Room was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we got to have a sanctuary tour. The only negative thing was ordering a coffee at breakfast but never getting it despite following up with the staff.

This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in Australia! The breakfast was amazing, they had a buffet and you could also order from their menu. We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and got to hear about the inner workings of the wildlife park. I would 100% recommend!
