Andy was very prompt in helping out with any needs or missing staples from pantry.Kids enjoyed the games room however the air con doesn’t work in there and it did get very hot after a while.Air con in the lounge spills out water ( evaporative?) and the water bowl will need to be emptied every so often in a day.
