"I recently stayed at Shangri-La Sydney for 5 nights, and it was a truly memorable experience. The view was breathtaking, the hotel was conveniently located near Sydney’s iconic landmarks, and the Horizon Club free flow as well as the afternoon tea were both excellent."

"It would have been nice to have a microwave in room to reheat food, The pool is quite small. The hotel is so conveniently located to all the tourist attractions, we walked to everything (over 100000 steps for the week) and never had to hire a car, took train a couple times to get back to Hotel. Museum Station is only short walk to Hotel through Hyde Park. We caught Train from/to Airport to Museum station and then walked to hotel that is so convenient. Enjoyed our time at the Hotel"

"Perfect location to see Sydney cbd. Staff are amazing. Breakfast options were surprisingly very good. Will definitely stay again. Property old but lots of facility valet parking just underground of the hotel, staff are extremely polite and friendly always happy to help. Rooms are spacious Cant complain Stayed with 2 kids and hubby had no issues with space in the room"

"The rooms overlook a highway and are not appropriately sound proofed. This is not ideal for those on business staying here. Additionally the beds are extremely hard (more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in). There were dents and scratches everywhere and the room is insanely tiny. Wouldn’t stay here again "
