「Besides a comfortable bed, plenty of shower hot water, clean, and a reasonable price, the owner impressed me with his thoughtful kindness. In the morning when I approached my motorcycle, i noticed a washcloth on the handlebars. The owner had placed it there so I could wipe off the night dew on my seats. I learned he did this for motorcyclists. That is customer service. For that reason alone I would stay at his hotel again.」
