"This is a fabulous house to stay in.Its big spacious and fully equipped we played on the tennis courts and walked in woodland. Spotting deer and birds of prey became a delightful game. The hot tub was an added bonus which we really enjoyed. The property is handy for all local amenities and facilities including A&E who were very good and quick"

"We had a wonderful week, based at Jessamine cottage, with helpful communication from the owner.Everything that we needed was provided, as well as a very generous welcome hamper. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, and in a good quiet location.We used the walking leaflets and books for inspiration. "Lovely hotel, returning customers New systems introduced day we arrived- staff very preoccupied and rattled,no greeting when arrived, felt we were completely in the way and an inconvenience to the receptionist, and this continued when we went to the bar - card machines not working and staff stressed and said they wanted to go home ! In the morning, housekeeping tried to get in room several times- trying to again blame the new systems Hotel management - the new systems are not a good customer experience , ruined our stay "
