"Nice comfortable suite"

"They had a “be back in 5 minutes” sign up when we arrived. They were gone WELL over 5 mins. We had to wait an hour for someone to check us in. We had to ring the bell multiple times, at least 5. Then the man who checked us in was rude, like he was upset we were ruining his “me time.” The elevator was broken which made it hard to bring all our items upstairs, & I am disabled. There was makeup on the bedsheets, confetti on our floor, and a sticky substance on our coffee table. There was barely any toilet paper in our room. There were very visible and poorly repaired patches on the bathroom wall in multiple places. The worst part though? Someone actually WALKED INTO OUR ROOM - keyed themselves in - and said “OH I THOUGHT THIS WAS EMPTY.” We checked out before the night was through and will NEVER rent from Sleep Inn in Elkhart again. $112 for ONE night and they couldn’t even bother to give us more than a few sheets of toilet paper - let alone clean the room at all it seems. Horrible Hotel. Do not suggest. "

"Clean, comfortable, and breakfast. It was great!"

"The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. I called the phone number to the hotel and briefly talked to a worker. I told her of the mishap and that she would speak to the manager. She took my phone number and that they would get back with me."

"The was were so thin you could hear people walking and rolling chairs on the floor till 3:30 in the morning . Clean and beds were good . "

"Staff was very accommodating. I drove 14 hours one way and was exhausted by the time I got there. They didn’t even charge me since I got in so late. Then I had to leave early to get ahead of the blizzard awaiting me in the northeast and they refunded my last night without me even asking. I just told them we had to get on the road due to the weather and she did it of her own volition. The rooms are basic but clean, and conveniently located to tons of dining options. Largely chains, which is cool with us because we live ijn semi-rural New Hampshire and don’t have a lot of those near us! We were in town for Junior Parents’ Weekend at Notre Dame and it’s only 20 minutes down the road from South Bend. I would stay again. It’s nothing fancy but I don’t tend to stay in my room when on vacation! "
