Room was neat and clean, and bed was comfortable. Since my days started early with day trips, the staff was wonderful at accommodating my needs and provided a lovely lunch. The kindness that was extended during my stay was just great!

The location was within walking distance to the plaza. The hotel rooms were clean, and the staff were wonderful and very friendly. Special thanks to Xiomara, Renzo, Guillermo, and the other staff whose names I don’t remember — thank you!

I would not recommend this hotel to no one They don’t let you sleep, people start to clean the floors making so much noise at 3 am And the kitchen personal at 4 am Terrible experience

I am not one to leave reviews, but there was not one good thing about this hotel. To make matters even worse…. There is a club right in front of the hotel open 7 days/week and you won’t be able to sleep. Also, one of the nights we got back at 11pm from one of our day trips and they lock the front doors so there is no way we can go inside unless the receptionist opens up…. Well, we were locked outside in freezing weather for about an hour!!! We kept buzzing, banging on the door, and calling the hotel during that whole time. It took a little over an hour for the receptionist to get up from his nap to come open. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Nice people

La amabilidad del personal es increíble, especialmente de Xiomara, una bellisima persona, muy atenta. El desayuno es muy básico. Si vas queriendo descansar, no podras hacerlo aqui, ya que se escucha todo lo que conversan y cualquier ruido. El personal es realmente nice, te hacen sentir como en casa.
