When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. "We loved the location close to the San Pedro Market. Everything was very close. The breakfast provided was wonderful. We also liked there was a variety of tea options offered throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water."

"I enjoyed my stay at Atoq. It was convenient to Plaza de Armas, and so much more. We walked everywhere. There were plenty of food options close to us too, as well as laundromats (we used the hotel laundry service, it was very reasonable). Breakfast was so good, I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were beyond kind, helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is, the bed pillows were awful. And the mattress wasn’t too comfortable, my friends had the same sentiment. But the overall general stay was fantastic. "
